DURANGO, Colo. — A southwestern Colorado ski resort is gearing up for the winter season.
Purgatory Resort has launched plans to open for the season on Saturday, Nov. 16.
Located between Durango and Silverton alongside the San Juan Skyway, the resort talked about it has made capital enhancements this 12 months to strengthen infrastructure and the resort experience for buddies.

Purgatory Resort talked about it has made upgrades to the Hermosa Park Express Lift #3. The elevate, which transports buddies from the underside to the frontside, has been modernized with a low voltage safety administration system.
Purgatory talked about it has moreover expanded its retail footprint and may introduce 4 new pickup stations for on-line purchases for buddies to bypass the ticket office.
The resort talked about its kids ski pass grants limitless free snowboarding for teenagers ages 12 and under, no purchase required or blackout dates.
