(Reuters) – DirecTV will definitely finish its organized buy of Dish tv after shareholders denied a monetary debt swap that the cut price relied upon, Axios reported on Thursday, mentioning a person acquainted with the difficulty.
Satellite tv firm DirecTV said beforehand this month it can actually desert its supposed the acquisition of EchoStar’s satellite tv for pc television group, that features Dish TELEVISION, byNov 22 if shareholders don’t settle for a monetary debt trade.
