The Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna on Tuesday provided a paint made by a detainee, lodged in Tihar jail, to PM Modi all through the Constitution Day 2024 events, within the Supreme Court.
Speaking on the celebration of the Constitution Day events, within the Supreme Court, CJI Sanjiv Khanna claimed, “Every reasoning we make is a zero-sum online game. Inviting events from some and objection from others. This is the duality which welcomes evaluation within the efficiency of the courts. For some, Constitutional courts in India are amongst one of the vital efficient on the planet … As courts, perspective and overview challenge. Because our main obligation is within the route of most of the people and second of all being open and clear is essentially the most important stamina of the judiciary, ‘the ANI reported.

Meanwhile, PM Modi launched the Annual Report of Indian Judiciary 2023-24, on the celebration of the Constitution Day events.
Speaking on the celebration, PM Modi claimed, “During the constituent assembly`s debate – Babasaheb Ambedkar had said – “Constitution is not a simple attorney’s file. Its spirit is constantly the spirit old.”
He claimed, “Constitution has lived up to our every need and expectation, it is our guiding light.”
The Prime Minister claimed, “Constitution is now fully implemented in Jammu and Kashmir, Constitution Day celebrated there for the first time,” in accordance with the PTI.
He included, “Sentiment of `nation first` will keep Constitution alive for many centuries.”
PM Modi claimed, “Today it looks easy that people have access to tap water, but even after 75 years of independence, only 3 crore houses had this facility… in the original copy of the constitution, lord Ram, mother Sita…have their images in it. The images symbolising Indian culture are there so that they can keep us reminded about human values. These human values are the foundation of policies and decisions of today`s India.”
