Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) immediate first woman Melania Trump should be deported in an ill-conceived try to scold President Donald Trump for his try to kill birthright citizenship.
During an anti-Trump administration march inside the Westwood area of Los Angeles Saturday, the longtime congresswoman acknowledged the president was attempting to undo a constitutional correct for these born inside the U.S.
“When he talks about birthright, and he’s going to undo the fact that the Constitution allows those who are born here, even if the parents are undocumented, they have a right to stay in America,” she began.
“If he wants to start looking so closely to find those who were born here and their parents were undocumented, maybe he ought to first look at Melania,” Waters continued in a video of her comments. “We don’t know whether or not her parents were documented. And maybe we better just take a look.”

(Ironically, they benefited from “chain migration,” an emphasis on family reunification which Donald Trump denounced all through his first time interval.)
In January, Donald Trump issued an govt order to try to end birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants no matter it being protected by the 14th modification. Judges blocked the order shortly after.
“We are here because we are not going to let Trump, we’re not going to let Elon Musk, his co-president, or anybody else take the United States Constitution down.” Waters suggested the group Saturday as Democrats try to regroup months since Trump retook office.
But her message fizzled in an off second that purchased highlighted by right-wing media.
