NEW DELHI (Reuters) – India’s Tata Electronics has agreed to buy a majority stake in Taiwanese contract producer Pegatron’s solely iPhone plant in India, forming a model new three manner partnership that strengthens Tata’s place as an Apple supplier, two sources instructed Reuters.
