A 65-year-old Massachusetts male was detained Thursday for the cold-case homicide of a Boston woman in 1988, the Boston Police Department verified.
James Holloman was linked to the prison offense after DNA from his spit on a walkway outdoors his residence in 2014 matched DNA from the prison offense scene, Boston 25 News reported.
